Welcome to the simulations portion of the cell division unit. Please use the following simulations to support your learning of the course material.
Mitosis Lab Simulation
In this lab simulation you will go through the steps of the cell cycle, as well as answer questions related to it. This simulation should give your an overview of cell division.
*You only need to complete the 3-I Mitosis section of the simulation.

This animation goes through the stages of the cell cycle. There is some additional information that is not in the lab simulation above. Also, there are some quick questions to help assess your learning.

This animation goes through the stages of the cell cycle and allows you to control the speed of the animation. This is a great simulation to assess yourself. Try explaining what is happening at each step of the cell cycle.
Cell Cycle Regulation Simulation
This simulation will help you with understanding how the cell cycle is controlled. This will be beneficial with the objective related to cancer (2.5.2).
