• Gmail is one of the online tools available to students with a Google Apps for Education account.
• This account is YOUR "professional" GRCHS email, and you are expected to use it in a professional manner by checking it often and using it as the sole source of email with teachers and GRCS staff.
• Teachers, counselors, coaches, and other GRCHS staff will use this account ONLY to communicate important information to you.
• This email account is the venue within which you MUST use to communicate with GRCHS teachers and other staff members.
• IMPORTANT: You are advised to use this account for GRCHS business only - this account is available to you only while you are a GRCS student; upon graduation or un-enrollment, the account will be closed.

• Teachers and other GRCHS staff expect that you will check your professional GRCHS Gmail EVERY HOUR of EVERYDAY because:
  • Meeting appointments (from counselors, administration, teachers, coaches, etc.) will be emailed to your professional GRCHS Gmail account.
  • Teachers will email you important class information
  • Morning announcements will be emailed to this account.

• Go to Eaglenet at https://eaglenet.grcs.org.
• Click on the Gmail icon.

5. What is my login information and my email address?

• Your professional GRCHS Gmail address: your school username followed by @grchristian.org - example: 16smithja@grchristian.org
• Your Username: your GRCHS Gmail address
• Your Password: same as the one you use to log into the school laptop
