10 Google FORMS for the Classroom: This blog post provides ten different examples of how Google FORMS can be used in the classroom for assignments, surveying, evaluations, and reflections. FORMS from this teacher can be viewed and/or copied for use. These FORMS appear to be mostly for elementary/middle schools, but they could be modified to fit other levels. Included are forms for spelling tests, getting-to-know-you, reading, and learning success.
