This course introduces you to the various functions of marketing and business. The class is designed to allow you to begin or continue the study of free enterprise, sales and exploring the field of marketing as a career option. All students will be involved in group/hands on activities, such as a sales presentation. All Marketing classes discuss employability skills within the cooperative education setting. This course fulfills the cooperative education/work experience requirement.
Students may have the opportunity to apply marketing concepts in the school store.
Students are strongly encouraged to be active dues paying members of the FHN DECA club.
