Acting I is designed to be the first intensive study of acting technique for young performers. Acting I exposes the students to acting exercises and situations all geared toward the development of the body, the voice, and the imagination. Students have ample time in class to work alone, with small groups, and with large groups on monologues, scenes and improvisations all focused on building a foundation for further study or for giving those one-time students a good taste of the inner workings of character prparation and theatre styles.
